The Silhillian Editor, Malcolm Lawrie, is looking for contributions to this year's magazine.   He would especially like to hear from you if you have content for the News of Former Pupils section. This could include;  what you have been up to since leaving school;  news of recent events;  your memories of school and staff;  or a birth, marriage or death announcement – please do include a photo!   Articles should be no longer than 500 words, if you would like to submit something longer please get in touch with Malcolm|.

All copy must be received by 30th September for inclusion in this year's magazine.  Electronic copy may be sent as Word (.doc / .docx) files or in the main body of an email.   Photos may be sent as .jpeg or .pdf files.

All former pupils who qualify for Life Membership (those who have completed their A or O level years at the school), current and former member of staff, current and former Governors of Solihull School for whom we have an address will receive a hard copy of The Silhillian magazine.  Please make sure that we have a current address for you -

Unfortunately, a hard copy will no longer be sent to those who live outside the UK because of the high costs of sending the magazine overseas. Instead you will be emailed a link where you can download an electronic copy.
